Chip Hackler teaches film at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. His films include CATHEDRAL, based on the Raymond Carver short story, TWO HOURS IN THE DARK, about director Frank Capra, DAWN PATROL: A SURF STORY, and COSMIC KIOSK, starring Nicholas Pryor, Belinda Keller and Nick Basta. COSMIC KIOSK recently won Best Picture and the Audience Choice Award at the Underfunded Film Festival and will screen at IndieLounge at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
