Biography

Sierra Fein was born in Gig Harbor, WA and first started making movies in elementary school. After bouncing around different career paths, she realized her dream of film-making by high school. She attended a week-long film camp where she was the only female in her group of fellow film campers. Sierra attended the Montana State University film program starting in 2004. Her final freshman short film, "Duck-Taped", was the inspiration for her latest film, "Love-Stuck". During her years at MSU, she learned a lot about film-making and had the opportunity to develop her skills as a director, producer, writer and editor under the guidance of many incredible professors. She started up a film production company, Blue Spark Productions, in 2007. While the business has taken a back-seat to her other professional endeavors, Sierra continues writing and directing projects for the love of film-making and storytelling. Love-Stuck is a project that has been over a year an a half in the making, with a budget of $200 and all crew and cast volunteering their time and equipment. Ducktape Brand even donated a giant box of tape for the filming. Sierra stretched her producing skills to enlist the help of many local businesses, too. As a writer/director, Sierra will continue to tell stories that will put a smile on your face and warm your heart. She has aspirations to write and direct a feature length indie film.
