Raam Sharma is an Indian filmmaker, screenwriter, poet, and actor. He founded Khwaabwala Films, a production company to produce the independent cinema in India. He traveled across the country, exploring, meeting people and writing, experiencing the different facets and layers of human life. He mostly includes real-life stories and real people in his films or creative work. In Mumbai, he was associated with Indian People's Theatre Association for a few years and later worked as an assistant in Indian Casting Company before he started making films. A book of Hindi poetry Saki Sufi Hai has been published with his pen name Ghumakkad Agantuk Ram in 2014. Currently, he is working on his debut feature after his short film The Self-Test Story.
